When it comes to appearance, which is more accurate, camera or mirror?
I look alright in the mirror, but I was horrified at how nasty I looked when I took a picture of myself.
Angles and lighting are hard to control in every day life and they can make or break your attractiveness at any given time. I just assume as a man I am ugly, its the natural way.

Depends on the camera. A mirror is a better bet than your phone camera, also your phone probably doesnt flip (mirror) yr photos so to you, you look weird. But thats only because youre used to seeing yourself mirrored
Front facing cameras have shitty ~12mm lenses, distorting your face.
Using the back camera with flash is your best option, although still innacurate.

Cameras. When you go through twenty photos and can't find one that you like, it's not that you're unphotogenic.......you're just ugly.

I don't own a phone, it was a conventional camera.
Admittedly the flash was on, it automatically pops up when it doesn't like the lighting, don't know how to stop that.
Mirror duh

t. Ugly emeffer
>look good enough on camera to take an image right after waking up and share it with someone
>look ugly and autistic in almost any mirror

when I came into my plastic surgeons office he was like "you look a lot different in real life than in photos". Selfie culture was the end of me. I look like a fucking orc in selfies
I'm so confused, anons.. Whenever I see my reflection, I'm so confident in how I look. And people have told me in person that I look good before without me asking their opinion.
But in pictures I usually look like Quasimodo.
