It's also important to eliminate anything that might trigger you wanting to watch porn - if that means avoiding certain websites or this board, so be it. When I finally decided to get over my porn addiction I literally had images disabled on some websites for the first week or so. It's an actual addiction, treat it as such.

Accept that you're a degenerate with degenerate thoughts, don't suppress those thoughts, simply observe them, know that they are wrong, and then let them fade into obscurity.
Do good things for yourself, exercise, go for walks through the street, read some comfy books.
When I changed my ways, it was through meditation. Whenever I got horny and wanted to fap to something unnatural I would meditate, and allow those thoughts to come, and would observe them with a balanced mind- and see how disgusting they were. It was a unpleasent experience, but it made me change my ways.
After about a month, I was no longer attracted to degnerate things, I still fully accepted that I was once and may still be a degenerate, but I knew I had improved, and that was all that mattered. I got a Dog, and started taking her for daily walks after I finished work, which not only gave me a responsability toward another living thing, but kept me moving and on my feet, and sharing my life with a companion gave me a higher appreciation of a clean lifestyle. After continuous meditation even after the degenerate thoughts were gone, and looking after my Doggo, I started going to the gym.
Been going for 2 weeks now, I've also got a haircut and shaved my beard off.

I got (or maybe just discovered I had) my greatest fetish at around 7 years old. Didn't have the internet or porn, didn't even know what to do with the boner I got.
