avoid super greasy foods because your body is the kind to detox its self through your pores.
All that greasy shit your body doesn't need, needs to be exfoliated somewhere, some people its through their shit or their sweat but for you its your pores. So just keep that shit clean at all times. Once you start to see your skin start to get greasy, wash it. Moisturize it

i didn't clear up until 30, i'm 34 now i still get the odd spot or two :(

Are you stressed.? Depressed? I had acne so bad that a doc took pics for some medical paper. Turns out it was pure stress, still have the occasional breakout but I'm on benzos, antidepressants, beta blockers and heart pills. I'm 41. Now just have acne scars, the sun and getting a tan helps a lot. When I can be fucked going outside.

Use benzoylperoxid.
Widmer Acne Plus or Cordes are both good.
Widmer is more expensive, but a bit better.
Don't wait, and do it now. Your quality of life will improve.
I heard about bpo on an imageboard, and am really glad I did.
If this doesn't help, go to the doctor.
He will probably give you antibiotika, or isotretinoin.

Acne is caused by bacterial imbalance in your skin.
This imbalance can be caused by a ton of different things.
For some people it can be dirty pillows (although I kind of doubt it).
For you the reason could just be that your skin naturally produces too much oil.
