Can you solve a picture cube? If not you should learn to solve one; they crop up surprisingly often in real life and are a pain to solve if you only know how to do a basic 3x3.

A picture cube is literally a normal cube except each side has a picture on it which means centres now have a correct direction. You'll probably only need to learn one new algorithm (flipping a centre face 180 degrees) but there are still little knacks to it.

You don't need to buy a new cube either: just put removable stickers or anything that you can find give each side a 'direction'.
