I don't suppose anyone would know what game this is? Reverse image search led me to a thread where someone suggested it looked like Constructor, which it isn't. It looks a bit like SimCity but I never played the newer ones so I wouldn't know.

I still play it to this day, and have become proficient at running cities and having a very respectable profit/population/services/mass transit

In fact, I'm designing a super city, where the whole region is a city divided in big boroughs and not a bunch of small cities and towns

admittidly i think they've added a lot of what was missing (at a steep price of course) however my biggest problem with 4 is feels more intended to tell stories then be an aspiration simulator

yeah definitely, the game is extremely low on content even though theres so much dlc out, most of which add no real gameplay just different set dressings. its also easy as fuck with no challenge.

a lot of it is probably down to the fact im older and the game has lost its charm as much else in life has, but regardless its one step forward (nice graphics, optimization) and two steps back (no open world, easy as fuck and boring as a result).
