You don't need some raggedy ass jihadi beard to look good. If you slim down you will lose the babyface and look much better bald. Usually everyone notices weight loss in the face first even if you only dropped a few pounds, it sheds a lot quicker than most people realize.
If you did have hair bitches wouldn't suddenly want to date you either. Worry about the features you can control and not the ones you can't, you'll drive yourselves crazy.
