A sufficiently motivated person can change all sorts of things about themselves. Want to reduce your narcissism? I suggest that do volunteer work in your community. Not donating money. Doing work. Humility, compassion, and empathy are skills that can be developed. Volunteering is good exercise for those mental muscles. Humility would improve by seeing others doing charitable works and thinking highly of them for it. The other two traits would improve for obvious reasons.

I;m actually pretty attractive so I occasionally get hit on but I always rip the band-aid off quickly before they figure it out for themselves.
e.g. girl came up to me at a club when I was sitting alone looking sad and wanted to dance, I begrudgingly stood up and went with her stood there for 30 or so seconds watching her dance figuring how to proceed, then decided fuck it I might as well just get her away from me so I then danced like a flailing tard.
Suffice it to say she laughed then walked away.

Some days I have the energy and will to change and think maybe if I do enough good it will outweigh the bad in me, but then the very next day I give up and go back to my self pitying worthlessness.

That does sound highly pretentious which is a narcissistic character trait, right? I don't think I think that way. I don't believe in God. I am just fully aware that I am not cut out for life mentally, despite having all the physical and environmental conditions for a great life.

Blaming my failures on being "God's prototype" helps me sleep at night and I also find it mildly amusing.

When my ego kicks into full gear I start to think that I'm just better than everyone and "I'm too good for this world"
This is always short lived and I go back to my self defeating self deprecating ways shortly after.
