The thing about kyo is you train your body to become like iron

Even if you fight a person who knows a different but highly technically skilled school, they aren't taking you down unless they have that same build

That's one of the things that i like about it, however, i don't like the way in which karatekas throw their kicks, i feel that muay thai ones are more "direct".

i would love to see someone with a kyokushin karate foundation becoming a nak muay.
