the only important thing is to make friends who are in tech or finance. you probably don't give a shit right now to actually study anything, but the three months it takes to learn how to program or handle budgets/accounts will be a walk in the park for you if you know you can just get a comfy job through a friend after.

you can try psychology too if you want to be homeless. for writing (i mean technical writing, you'd know if you were good enough to write blogs or books), you would probably do well in any bio/chem/physics lab if you take a year of classes and volunteer/intern in research or a pharma company. there is a big demand for people who understand english and a little bit of science - half my department gets BTFO by the FDA and corporate all day long for making retarded spelling typos and going off on tangents.

Engineer at a nuke plant. Previously worked as an engineer and manager at a steel mill. It was pretty easy if you have the engineering degree AND are willing to work in places that other millennials refuse to live. Everyone i graduated with is killing themself running a rat race because they want to live in the big city. If youre willing to go rural/suburbs everyone is begging you to take their money and you can be a halfway piece of shit and wont get fired.
