Finally got hired as a cook at some Italian restaurant after leaving line cook at some unorganized shit hole. Not really looking forward to the fast pace work but I am looking forward to all the drugs and alcohol binges after a shift

I feel like dishwashers are very underpaid for the amount of demand associated with the job. This one restaurant I worked for the washer only got paid 50 cent more of what everyone else in the kitchen got
