for me, it's always night time.

Yeah I do the same thing I have heavy curtains too light rarely makes it in my room.
I have one opened and one closed. At like 5-6 PM I close them both.
Fuggn gross man..
Yess as soon as the sun come up my windows open and blinds up.
I am on the second floor though.. and next to a tree so the bird calls can be relaxing every now an again.
>you guys suck
>>34381926
no living in perpetual darkness made me feel like shit
>>34381977
Second floor here too, shame I can only hear the birds at 5-6AM
>>34381926
All day every day, I hate the sunlight
>>34381926
yes because most of day sun shines into them, i had to make a cardboard barrier over my monitor to even make it tolerable
>>34381926
Shutters closed most of the time, mostly cause there's nothing to look at outside my window. And I don't feel comfy sitting at PC while sun blazing straight into my eyes.
>>34381996
Yeah, I felt the same way.
I don't want to disorientate myself constantly.
>>34381926
I built a wooden frame to the exact dimensions of my window trim, then stretched blackout fabric over it. Lights from computer and devices are covered with this fabric as well. Zero light unless the lamp is on in my cave. Feels dark man.
>>34381926
Obviously for several reasons
snipers can't see in but i can see out
disgusting neighbors can't see inside
prevents any heat or sound from leaking out through the windows

Need some pics anon, this sounds interesting!
Yes. I'm a neet so my sleep schedule is off. It's 7am and I'm laying down since I'm sleepy. browsing 4 Chin until I actually decide to fall asleep. I hate the light shining into my face. Also I enjoy this feeling of total privacy. I prefer night. I can't even order pizza unless it's dark outside. Keep the inside of the house dark with just the hall light on so the pizza boy can not see me too good.

Seconding this. I am curious.
Yes. But its mostly due to my sleep cycle. I got to sleep around 06:00 and get up around 19:00.
To help stop the onset of macular degeneration in your later years of life I would suggest putting a light on in the room when you watch TV or play computer or whatever. Staring at a screen with nothing else to light the background WILL destroy your eyes.
I always had my curtains shut in my room, and my mom used to bitch at me about it, come in, and open them. Now that I've moved out, I can finally keep them closed in peace and not feel guilty about playing video games all day. Feels good.

As a former delivery guy, you're S P O O K Y
All I have is blinds and they barely keep the light out. I'm too cheap to buy curtains, so I just hang a black blanket over my window with clothespins. It's almost totally opaque and can simulate nighttime at noon.
At night I take it off though. I like having natural light wake me up.

Gimme a minute brobots.

Fits very tightly over the window. Zero light.
>>34382217
Use only candles. Answer the door with a fucking Candlestick.
>>34381926
i dont even have a window on my room
>>34382410
Looks tight. Well done, anon.
>>34382410
This looks really nice, a bit like a canvas, need some glow-in-dark paint and make Starry Night pic. That would be the perfect window!
>>34382444
Thanks anon. Only cost ~$20 in materials. It increased my /comfy/.
I really don't want to get robbed, so I hide my curtains 24/7.
>>34382479
See

>tfw niggers steal your curtains
>>34382259
fucking everything is killing me somehow
computer use in the dark is killing my eyes
caffeine and sugar use is killing my organs
poor posture is killing my back
i'm going to die early from nothing but computer use
if i kept my blinds open people would be able to see the piles of trash and piss bottles everywhere
>>34381926
I blocked my window off with tin foil but some light still gets in because I have a window A/C unit hooked up.

Still not as bad as answering the door and discovering that the person ordering pizza is a black female. At that moment you know you aren't getting a tip.
