GF's are pointless. The only woman you should bother properly investing in is a woman who is fit for marriage, and we all know that's an unlikely lottery.

That said, if you're the type who is looking into business, and you need a strategy, a 'fwb' socio female is a good option. Only necessary requirements are; have just enough dirt on her that she won't turn coat on you, and be savvy enough for the industry you're interested in.

I found that if you can find a woman who only wants sex, but can keep things clean and low keep, she can be a good friend. A friend with uses, but you both serve a good purpose. And often times, it's a good way to help each other improve in different areas without actually forming attachments.
