They are on FUCKING TINDER, man. THE WHOLE POINT IS FOR HOOK-UPS! They only put that line in their bio so that when their best-friend-who-isn't-really-her-best-friend-she-just-calls-her-that-but-really-they-secretly-gossip-about-each-other-the-moment-they-aren't-together is going to look at her Tinder profile and screenshot it and send it to her mom, so she has to have a line in their about "just looking for a wholesome relationship :) no hook ups xD"

That's it. They put that line in their just so save their own reputation. They don't want to appear like the town slut which will definitely happen if they put their true intentions in their profile. You have to remember Tinder matches based on location, so your reputation will be ruined quickly in your home town if you have a raunchy bio.

Women even do this outside of Tinder. They will be with a hot ass man on a date and RIGHT BEFORE they get fucked they will say something like "I have a boyfriend" and then RIGHT AFTER they will say "I don't usually do this type of thing." Women instinctually know that every time they fuck, their value decreases.

I wouldn't say it's thaaat extreme, but I've had plenty of experiences where I was making out with some girl and she'd say "I don't want to have sex tonight", and then totally eat her words 20 minutes later when she's pulling her pants off and begging for it.
