Milk is one of my favorite things.

I have made my nightly routine for the last 3 months:

- hot glass of milk
- teaspoon of raw dutched cocoa powder

Then out of experimental interest, I have started adding a half teaspoon of decaff instant coffee to it. Really adds an interesting flavorr.

And lastly I've been adding Glucosamine and MSM powder to help my joints long term.

It's become quite a lovely concoction.

I know I'm odd. But this is nice. Just got home from work. Gonna have a shower, and then have my favorite nightly drink.

Two thumbs up for milk.

I don't believe all the anti-milk propaganda. I cut it out for a year and nothing improved in my health or life. I'd rather have the milk. Also reduces colon cancer.

If you're going to drink milk at least do your body a favor and go the extra mile.

I've been off the white lightning for about a month now after drinking nearly a gallon a day for the longest time.

I really don't want to admit it, but I think I'm healthier without it.
