25. I just finished up a job where I saw quite a lot of paediatric limb reconstructions and that included leg lengthening, but it was usually for septic arthritis/trauma realted leg length descrepancy. Pretty cool procedure though, but I'd never think of having it electively.

Most of the lengthenings I've seen were done with Ilizarov frames for distraction or 8-plate hemiepiphysiodesis for asymmetry (although I'm trying to co-author something which suggest tibial insertion of 8-plates does basically nothing so I wouldn't recommend it), I wonder how stable the construct in that webm is desu. Looks cool though.
