I'm trying something new tonight. I'm cooking a Hawaiian chicken recipe in a crockpot and having it with rice and some steamed broccoli. Smelling really damn good right now.
So glad I actually have an interest in cooking. One thing that actually brings me a sliver of happiness.

My favorite easy thing to make is burritos. Black beans, rice, can of corn, red pepper chopped, green pepper chopped and throw some meat in on the skillet w/ cumin and salt. Hardest part is learning how to wrap the burrito properly. Add sweet potatoes for dat fiber

Yeah I know it's pretty easy, but I wasn't really in the mood for anything super fancy and I've been loving my crockpot lately.


Personally my favorite is kielbasa with sauerkraut and a thing of tomato soup on the side, as well as a small plate of stroganoff and vegetables on the side with a nice bottle of vodka or tea to go with (am Slavbot, master of squats).
