Women do not want to give morale support to men. They want men who already confident. If a woman has to expend the slightest amount of effort in making you feel confident she will despise you for it and begin to look to other men who do not need to be reassured.

If you're going to get /fit/, don't do it for bitches. It's the absolute worst reason you could do it for. Do it for yourself, or if you can't muster that, do it out of spite of them.
