If you do NoFap but don't stop thinking about JOing then it's not gonna do shit. I know some people on here think NoFap is about building up for one really good fap at the end of it. That shit is not true

NoFap makes you a better guy in the end trust me, but it's not supposed to be a permanent thing. The point isnt to swear off fapping but just making it a smaller part of your life

If you are a teen as so many here are, do not do it. I was a tradcatholic from 15-17, and invariably on long nofap streaks my bass and prostate would hurt, sometimes to the point of it hurting to walk. Also relapsing would make me feel terrible, even though it is perfectly normal for teen boys to fap. Just don't fap to crazy shit. Or don't use porn at all, that is what I have been doing for the most part. I know we have a lot of woman hate threads here, but seriously, the porn industry is incredibly dehumanizing.
