Nope. You won't ever alleviate the drought. It's caused by steep population increase (of spic and asian immigrants). There are now too many people watering plants, showering, drinking, and the biggest consideration: more people to feed. Farming and raising livestock requires a shit ton of water.

We're witnessing one of the first regions to fail due to irresponsible mass immigration and subsequent overpopulation.
