well no, there wasn't really anyone to tell me anything, i mostly did things myself since i wasn't in the hospital. can't really afford it right now.
my mother is a diploma nurse so she helped me with the IV, but that's about it. it was probably some kind of abdominal influenza since i hadn't eaten for three days starting all of this and my intestine was still emptying itself at breakneck speeds. awful stomach cramps too since my stomach was all shriveled, and fever-induced tachycardia (my resting heart rate was 130 for almost all of that, good luck sleeping lol)
but yeah, i've been able to hold things okay. it's all going uphill now.

glucose / electrolyte / cramp-relieving infusion mixtures, as well as one to fight the fever, the occasional ibuprofen, and willpower. that's about all.
there's not really a whole lot to do in those scenarios, usually if you go to a doctor with symptoms like mine (excluding the tachycardia and fever) they won't even tell
you to take medicine, just pull against it and try to get your stomach organized properly again. drink lots of water, et cetera. even that is usually not easy though.
