I physically can't make myself throw up. I've tried everything, all the tricks, but I have a gag reflex of steel.

Nobody cares, but update: I attempted (keyword is attempted) some yoga poses, did 45 pushups from a /fit/ roll thread, and 20 twist crunches on each side. Feeling's gone now and seven days without a binge.

Anon, at least binge eat in a food you can feel good about having eaten. Something healthy like Sushi.

Maybe not pic related because it's expensive - but the cheap takeaway sushi can be nice & fairly healthy too!
