There's a great website+app called Meetup.com that's active in most of the developed world. You can make groups for anything, which you then have irl meetups for. Its good because they're often smaller social events where you can connect with people more easily, and usually about shared interests. You can use this to create/get into friend circles, which you can then expand via relay from there. This is what i did when i decided to try normie life 3 years ago, and had almost 0 friends/social experience.
