I always had an idea that fapping and porn were doing me damage, but didn't fully admit it to myself until a few years ago. Before that I would just tell myself "doctors say it's ok, so it's ok!" The reality is that this is something practically nobody has studied, and it's something that would be incredibly hard to study meaningfully anyway.

Noporn\Noedging is vastly more important than nofap.
