If you binge eat all the time, don't feel satisfied or full after eating a lot, or feel super sleepy after eating, you might have insulin resistance or even diabetes

This is only half correct. It will tell your body to expect a really calorie dense meal shortly, because the sweetners are still treated like sugar by your brain - and your brain thinks a massive sugar hit = massive calories incoming. Your body then prepares to store the incoming calories as fat.

If you're on a calorie restricted diet and drinking diet soda however, you will still be converting more of your stored fat into energy in the long run than the diet soda is prompting your intake to convert into fat. In fact, because this is such an utterly inefficient process overall, you could arguably be losing more weight every day drinking diet soda instead of water simply because your body is constantly converting energy sources.

It's certainly true though that if you drink a lot of diet soda, along with overeating genreally, it will be much worse for your waistline than if you just overeat and drank water.

You could try keto and deficit. I didn't make anything yesterday and I didn't want to anymore eggs because I'm scared of cholesterol. More than 7 a week and your risk goes up. Don't get me wrong I was hella hungry and went to the grocery store but all no sale on meat

This. My dad lost 80lbs in like 5 months doing this, and he's in his 50's.
But I would say he ate less. He had 3 normal sized meals, no seconds like a fatass, and would eat peanuts and shit for a snack.
He also rode his bike for an hour a few times a week.

started going to the gym april. 1 day in one day out....
what helped me stop over eating is... counting stupid calories... its easier to starve yourself then to work it off...

soo i have limited my calorie intake to less than 1500 cals a day everyday... NO CARBS,means no breads pastas etc...Also no sugared drinks or any drink aside from water.

I take vitamins daiyly and fish oil. my energy is ok i can now run for about 3 mins without stopping ..


im down to about 240lbs.... my stomach is saggy has titties now too.... so the more i lose the more disgusting i look...
