Does anyone else have a thing were they "forget" about the people who they see everyday are actually "real" I live most of the time without thinking about it, then all of a sudden I realise the people are real and I feel very awkward around them and that I actually don't know them. It fades after a while then it's back to normal.

I do worry that I have suppressed my feelings and things so much that I am basically almost numb and the times I feel awkward is actually how I used to feel, but im not used to it.
