I don't even know hiw people manage to drink that much. As far as I know, drinking four cups in a rown makes me feel sick, and I don't stop what I'm doing nearly enough to get drinks of water throughout the day, let alone 4 liters of it. I can't drink 4 liters of stuff I like to drink.

I'm completely fine being constantly dehydrated.

i drank 1 liter of milk, then 1 of water, some hour later a big bowl of watermelon, and I have a salad to make this night, thats a lot of water
