Teaching, I guess, many people I had classes in college would ask me to help them and clarify things, some even offered to pay me to write their papers but I would refuse that. But I have a feeling that in the classroom I'm not that good at teaching, or the kids just don't give a fuck about a class they paid to take and just want to pass and earn points for their grade instead of learning something.

Reality: 99% of people aren't good st anything, they're mediocre. Hence why 1% is rich and 99% just survive doing anything. You're inflating your own ego by actually thinking you're good at something without having lots of money and followers to prove it.

I'm pretty good at calculus, can write a bit of software but nothing fancy, also good at communicating with people. I'm young barely just turned 20 so still have time to make something good out of my few talents.

I am legitimately amazing at presenting. I have no problem with public speaking, able to make people laugh when I want to and how to speak without monotone. My slides are made on photoshop and are clean, concise, and eye-catching. I also use body language really well and when working with groups, set up good blocking on stage/in class.

False confidence is as useless as the skills you don't have. Confidence doesn't really work well if you have nothing to back it up. Being realistic is a better world view to have than confidence in your lack of abilities.

Well, great that it worked for you. It has only made things worse for me. I will stand by saying a realistic world view works best. I knew I was bad at calculus (and still am), but looking at it realistically, I might be able to pass my test if I put in at least triple the effort others put in. When I was confident I understood calculus, I was greeted by a failing mark, even though I thought I understood everything.
