Obviously the tank. I think Rex's only chance would be to flip it and I'm not even sure he could do that. His bite isn't going to do anything to armor plating an inch or more thick.

What ammo are we talking for the main gun?

Actually, probably wouldn't matter desu. Both the PzGr & PzGr39 had a muzzle velocity of 685m/s, capable of penetrating 55/65mm of armor at 100 metres. The PzGr40 would rekt even more.

The Trex would probably freak out at the noise the Tank made, no joke. Assuming that dinosaurs have natural fears to fire and the unknown this decent sized thing making rumbling noises and loud popping and banging noises would spook it. Also an AP round would tear through the Torso.
