Its a pointless article as it is. Bombarding you with stretches and workouts but no reference on how to do them. As a lazy person that has no clue about fitness it just makes me close the site.

Overactive Muscles:
-Trapezius/Neck extensors : upper back, back of neck, back of shoulders
-Levator scapula: sides of neck
-Pectoralis major and minor: your pecs, aka boob muscles
Underactive Muscles:
-Rotator cuff: Muscles surrounding arm/shoulder joint
-Lower trapezius: Muscles inward of lower shoulder blades. (middle of back)
-Rhomboids: Muscles covering shoulder blades
-Serratus anterior: Muscles under armpit
-Neck flexors: Muscles in the back surrounding the shoulder blades, rear deltoids (back of shoulder joint), and in front of the neck
