>been out of high school for almost 3 years
>can feel myself getting stupider and slower every single day
does anyone else know this feel? I used to be a gifted kid too, then around late middle school the brain fog rolled in and never left. it's only been getting worse.
I totally know that feel. Its gotten really bad lately. I dont even feel like playing mildly complicated video games like rpgs anymore. All my mind wants is mindless entertainment.
That's not from lack of school
It's just the accumulative effects of fluoride on your brain my man, they dump that shit in the tap water and put it in toothpaste to dumb down the masses.

I don't think that's true
I don't consume enough fluoride to get brain damage

The brain works like a muscle; if you don't keep exercising it, you lose your gains.

and like a muscle, my brain is now so flabby and out of shape that I can't ever get it back into a normal healthy place

>drink well water
>don't brush my teeth enough
>still getting duller every year

Well water can have really high levels of fluoride.
That's how they discovered the effect on teeth; poor people in a couple of towns had teeth that were far better than other areas; their wells had a high fluoride concentration.

Bad teeth, too.
if you watch porn everyday, stop that. for real.

I only sort of know this feel. I've faltered in other aspects of my life (haven't made a new friend since high school, I was more or less forcibly moved away from the area, so I've become nearly anti-social). I never went to college, but I spend most of my time researching things, anyway, so I'd say I've probably become much smarter than when I was in high school, if not insane from the isolation.

Bets thing to do is read books. Start with some adventure stories or some shit that you find easily readable and then start adding in some classics and maybe even some philosophy later on.
Of course real mental exercise is unpleasant so you probably won't go too far
I have no attention span any more.
I try to read a book and have to reread the same page about four times before I manage to actually take in anything that's happening.
>>34259143
As soon as I started rereading old notes and formulas it l came back
It's a matter of memory
You never forget anything.

I know this feeling, I can barely understand complicated/scientific articles

>out of high school for seven years
>still haven't finished tertiary education
Where did it all go so wrong?
