In most cases, i assume, the family member repulsion regarding possibility of sex kicks in. That was the case for me anyway. have 2 sisters and a half sister. my two sisters that I was raised with, idk 6-7 on a normal day, 8 if they really tried to stacy it up. this is hard to quantify because there's a natural repulsion. This is kinda unrelated but I have a character who is a girl whose whole family has this sort of foresight / insight power. Except due to the weird circumstances of her birth her powers are much stronger. So instead of just being Jedi style plot armor she can occasionally sense people behind walls and shoot them without seeing them, and she gets visioms of the future which she augments with drugs. She's obsessed with her power and becoming the perfect living weapon, but she's also "the abomination " in the vein of Alia from dune so she's a bit crazy, so she doesn't want to corrupt her family's bloodline. So (1) she remains a virgin and refuses to have sex with anyone, and (2) occasionally has sexual fantasies about her brother because he would keep the bloodline pure.I am curious if this is too weird of a character facet, and whether it should be a weird symptom of her abilities that cause this desire, or if it'd be more interesting as something conscious she wants.
