Best game ever made bar none. Perfect in almost every way. The only problem is the difficulty drop after s&o.

I was trying SL1 for the 5th time but got ds3 for Christmas.

Is there really a drop after ornstein and smogh? I've been stuck for a while and wasn't sure if it got harder.

Not really your first time, once you know the tricks all 4 lord souls are super easy to trivial. At least there's the dlc though.

Here's my dude from my first game, on a second playthrough but I got bored so I started a new one with a more optimized build now that I know the game. I got that fang boar helmet from the tusk after taurus demon, used it the whole playthrough. The black knight sword came from the first one you see in Undead Burg though I used Halberd more often. I didn't even know how lucky those drops were until I looked it up.

I don't know about difficulty drops, but the quality went down on the second half of the game

When I hear that there is a difficulty drop after them I get really angry at myself because after I beat them I kept trying to get into new Londo and died what was probably at most 4 times but out of everything in the game the ghosts just seemed so frustrating and tedious to the point where I felt like I could actually throw my controller, on occasion I'll start new game and it'll go well but when I reach O&S it feels like I lose all my momentum.
