I stopped bathing, besides washing hair in cold water daily, minimal shampoo

I've found that certain foods can trigger it worse than others, for instance if I eat gummy bears or gummy snakes then I break out so potentially there could be a certain thing in your diet that are making it worse.

I've had acne for years, but I don't think it's ever bothered me. I'm ugly already, so acne or no there's not much of a difference.

If a grill, birth control actually does clear skin, at the cost of fucking up the rest of your body

Otherwise consider

Tea tree oil/Essence

Charcoal

Anything mentioning "pores" "sebum control/oil control" "skin clarifying" "skin soothing"

This goes for face wash and shampoo

Invest in a proper fucking razor if you shave, or proper beard mantinance

Use a face mask that you can get for $2 each at Walmart. Again it will say "combination/oily" right on the package.

Acne is made worse by fucked up sleeping habits and stress. Fix that.
