basically, fapping is fine as long as it's not a daily thing. Every 3-5 days should be good enough, just try to use your imagination or a picture if possible.

Cutting porn altogether makes that a bit easier.

Something I know that's objectively true is that stopping masturbation will give you more of a drive and you will enjoy conversation more and you'll slowly build more confidence. When you can choose to have dopamine anytime you want you're not gonna have a drive to do anything productive.
