All options for you to take and get a move on. Of course anything other than a 4 year degree will require some initiative by getting a tourist visa first, flying over there, and applying to places yourself. Preferably you'll want to apply for jobs that have a lot foreigners working for them.
Literally could have gotten hired at an English school for high school students and some hipster bar that was run by a weeaboo that had been living in Japan for 10 years. Lied a little bit on my resume that I was a cook for 5 years (only 1), raced professionally with bicycles (won a shitty competition when I was in high school), and taught kindergarten (just an assistant). Not all of them will call back to the US to check your credentials or give two shits about references in the US. Didn't take any of the offers because I didn't want to live in weebland.

That's all you need. Should have opted out for an associates if you wanted to get to Japan faster, but the 4 year will work well for you once you start applying to English teaching companies or fly over and apply to random places yourself.

I was assuming that OP was a weeb and has an idea of how pronunciation of vowels and consonants work in Japanese. Other than that, all you need is to understand sentence structure and memorization.
Technically too, you don't have to know Japanese to teach English over there.
