>Live on a corner so lots of neighbors
>People across the street have two little boys and two dogs
>The kids are always outside playing in the street
>They let thier dogs out in thier front yard when they play and they always come over to my yard and bark
>The people next door from them have two little girls who also play in the street and my yard
>Parents do nothing
>A couple of months ago people move in next to them who also have two kids, slightly younger than the other ones
>These kids always have thier parents watching them
>They put out a "drive slowly" sign when thier kids are out playing as if they own the street
>I drive like 5mph but they still stare me down as I drive by
>One of thier kids tried to kidnap my cat, and when the cat scratched him in retaliation the parents came to my house to complain like it was my fault thier kid tried to steal my cat
>House next door is always changing neighbors
>New neighbors are from Romania
>Every weekend they invite all of thier Romanian friends over and party in thier backyard screaming in Romanian
>mfw I work from home and I have to deal with this all day

How do I deal with this?
