The question i get most as an alcoholic is "how do you deal with the constant hangovers?"
Fools...They dont realize if your never not drunk, never get a hangover.

this is true
>wake up feeling great after night of drinking
>realize i'm still drunk
>a few hours pass and the headache starts
Such a stupid question, it's like asking "how do you deal with being tired in the morning," it's just normal. It'll go away in a few minutes.

I just drink gain and keep hydrated with water.
Waking up drunk and going to work to send it off is wonderful.

I was like that once
>drink 24/7 for several weeks straight
>decide to finally stop
>get shitty withdrawals
>have to go the hospital
>feel like I am dying, my heart is going to stop any second now
>start praying in my head and shit
>cry like a bitch
>suddenly a massive rush of euphoria
>I feel like God has finally shown himself to me
>understand the whole universe and existence
>euphoria turns into despair
>convinced I died and I am in hell
>convinced that I will be able to leave this hospital room for all eternity as punishment
>start screaming about gods existence
>have an epileptic seizure
>cant stop screaming
>the doctors pump me up with some benzos
>convinced the only way out of this hell is by killing myself
>try to get up a few times to run out of the room to jump out a window but they keep pushing me back into bed
>finally calm down
>after a few minutes of catatonic staring at the wall I ask if I'm dead
>have to spend a few days in the psych ward
never even told the doctors it was because of alcohol withdrawals, they just thought I had a psychotic break because of stress or something kek

When I don't drink I end up not sleeping at all and wake up feeling worse than if I had stayed up until 2am downing a full bottle of vodka.
It's also a good idea to take vitamin and mineral suplements. Alcohol depletes B vitamin complex and minerals like potassium and magnesium. Being properly hydrated is not enough.
I used to abuse on alcohol, and one of the most common withdrawal symptoms I had is heart fibrilation or palpitations, increased blood pressure. Also nasty symptoms like sweating, shakes, convulsions, but the high blood pressure and heart pounding is what I feared the most as I felt like I was about to have a stroke.
