/r9k/ whats more autistic? Wanting to play at a YGO local tournament over a magic tournament or other way around?
Yugioh is more a kids game but has the nostalgia factor
Magic is more of an "adult" card game, but at the same time has a stronger sweaty neckbeard stereotype than yugioh. Where most people would've forgot about YGO
definitely YGO just because it has the sweaty neckbeard from the early 00's stereotype which was even worse than the modern neckbeard. Back then, extreme edge and cringe was even more common than it was now, at least among the autistic types

Which one do you enjoy more homo?

All CCGs are way beyond my autism level, but I think YGO is worse because it means playing against actual children. At least with Magic you're in an adult community instead of being that one weird neckbeard in a sea of 12 year olds.
A guy I know owns a card/weeb stuff store and I drop by once in a while, and have to make sure I don't go in there on YGO nights because it's like wandering into a daycare. Even Vanguard isn't as bad.
The last decent YuGiOh format was HAT format. I don't get how anyone could still play that garbage now

Yu-gi-oh is more complicated. Which is either a good or a bad thing. I like it the most out of those kinds of card games though. I can't into pokemon/magic/hearthstone/etc.

play MTG
at least you'll have people that can actually put a pokerface and tryhard on events that are supposedly casual tournments, and will try to pull the same old strategies instead of trying the new cards
