How often is it ok to use DPH (I dose like 75mg)? Note I never

I used DPH at least 4 times a week for like 3 years, regularly using at least 75 MG, often 100-125. I did this mostly to sleep, and also because the drowsy feeling was very relaxing to me.

I haven't noticed any ill-effects, and still use it occasionally. You can use it way more than once a month, especially at a low dose like 75 MG, but as you should know, tolerance builds very quickly.

I also used to like adding 50 mg or so to the end of a drinking session so I could feel a bit more drunk for a few hours longer, and sleep through a good bit of my hangover.

Also, good on you OP, I think DPH is underrated. Some people just hate how it feels, but I think a low dose to relax is very enjoyable.

I don't drink alcohol because I have trouble falling asleep on it (imagine that), so do you think DPH might alleviate that problem for me AND amplify the high?

Yeah at one point I was taking 200mg and about 500ml of wine to fall asleep. It helps a lot. But I want to cut back on it. When I don't have benadryl, I have severe nightmares and sleep paralysis. It fucks me up the entire day
