You need to develop better poo hygiene or you'll develop hemorrhoids. If you don't have them already. Big, hard, dry poo will destroy your anus and leave you dripping blood into the toilet.

Drink more water, poo more often, don't hold it in anon that's not healthy! Holding poo is meant for emergencies when you can't go to the toilet.
