No eating after 6pm, so your body can fast until the next day.

No breakfast.

One meal a day, small healthy lunch at around 5pm, get into a routine. Distract yourself with something so the cravings don't win.

Bonus points for not eating meat.

You'll have noticable results in a month, all the best.

already started m8, just cat a calorie counting app and count calories. It's all about calories, forget about carb diets and shit like that. Make sure you have a 500 caloric deficit of your base metabolic rate every night and you'll lose 2lbs a wk.
