there are two ways to do it: margarine or sweet soy sauce, or both, actually
garlic is always good, and eggs
you can fry it using margarine or oil, but oil tastes better. optionally you can pour some sweet soy sauce on it if you'd like
then put in other spices you feel like adding: pepper, shredded green leaves. don't forget the meat! but if you don't have any meat i'd be content with scrambled eggs

>throw it in pan with seasame oil, a bag of mixed veggies or whatever fresh veg you want to chop up and throw in there, a couple whisked eggs if you want and a splash of soy sauce
>fry that shit to desired texture

I would also add soy sauce towards the end and make sure to not use too much and give it a really good stir when you do add it so no one portion absorbs all the sauce
