Definitely true. My cold perception is shifted about 5-10 degrees from what most people feel. As in I feel uncomfortably cold 5-10 degrees higher than what makes most other people feel cold.

I take unusually hot days well though.

If I bathe regularly I take 15 minute showers. For every day I don't take a shower it takes me an extra 5 minutes. Longest shower I take is like an hour and that hasn't happened in a while.
