I'm starting to get way to deep into my depression. Is it worth it to go to the doctor and tell him? I don't want to see a therapist since it's a waste of my time and money. I'm starting to go crazy inside the help. What should I do?

A good general rule is to never speak about any kind of mental issues with doctors, therapists, counselors, etc. unless you are okay with them totally stripping you of your freedom. If you say the wrong thing at any time, they will involuntarily admit you to a psych ward. Their standard solution, prescribing you happy pills, is also an unfavorable thing for many reasons.
It may seem counterintuitive, OP, but you should definitely keep quiet. If you are really so bothered by it, try to uproot the source of your problems on your own.
