Yes, often but not all the time

I often wonder if this is what record producers experience.
>>34133724

Dito. I can barely recreate any sounds in my head. And it's always the same, incredibly low volume

What's the psychology behind it?
>>34133591
I can actually hear it really well when I'm not expecting it, but the moment I put too much focus on it it's gone.
i can relisten to albums in my head if i want when im bored
>>34133591
Yes. Basically all the time.
>>34133591
ye but a lot of the time it's stuck on one song and loops during a random part so I'd rather just listen to music

If you wouldn't mind telling me, do you hear actual songs, or new songs and do they have lyrics? because I cant remember any lyrics and I cant ever remember quotes of things people say to me. But I pretty much always have a song in my head playing. Sometimes its the beat from an existing song, and sometimes its a completely new song that ive never thought of before. but its only ever the beat. I also tap and I have a real thing about sets of 4 (eg, i will click my teeth together 4 times, tap in sets of 4 and stuf) and I think I might be add or some thing :P

also. i normally hear really dark synth and trap but like i say, without the lyrics. It sounds mostly like salem, which i admit I love, but I don't listen to that fequently. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OtlVRGJC4Ec
What kind of music do you robots hear?
>>34133591
I can clearly hear drums
>>34133591
i read that these "ear worms" (comes from a german equivalent word) are much more common in people with ocd and anxiety.
thats not to say that people without ocd cant have songs repeating themselves in their heads. just that it happens more often and clearer to people with ocd.
will try to find source but im pretty distracter right now.

Well I have OCD and anxiety and I constantly have songs stuck in my head. Ask me, at any given time, what it is, and I will have an answer. Right now, it's a song people sing about baseball. No idea where that one came from.
