I get my groceries delivered to my house.

>Make my way to dairy and get some milk and eggs.
>last stop is bread aisle.

I've been eating just noodles, bread and coffee for days now because I can't gather up the courage to go buy more food. I'm already underweight but I just can't make myself eat more because that would mean going to the store more often, changing my routines and shopping habits and all.
I'm a grown man for fucks sake, why is something this simple so hard

I love grocery shopping, it's a good excuse to go for a walk
Sucks that the only grocery store in a 4 mile radius is a whole foods, but it's not too expensive since I buy for myself and just buy calorie rich foods. Costs maybe 160 a month and I splurge on food too
