he was acting weird so I snooped through his email.
I might of felt bad about invading his privacy but he disclosed a mental diagnoses I told him in confidence to the rest of my family.

i thought my life couldnt get much worse, was doing awful in uni and not even pursuing a degree i actually wanted a career in. then i broke my foot and had a seizure in the same week. now i cant drive for a year in the state of california, and driving is my favorite thing in this universe. i love you all though and i hope somehow my misery is reflected into joy for some of you, especially you op

you could confront him, depending on the situation. him telling everyone is definetly not ok.
just a suggestion. and really, your only other option is getting "suprise" interventioned. so you are guaranteed to have one uncomfortable talk. Imo it would be advantageous to have that talk with just your dad rather then with the rest of your family.
of course, depending on your goals, you might see that differently.

im not a good person. hmm about the dad situation i almost had to do rehab for drogs when i was 18, i dont really see rehabilitation being the best option especially if its mental health. If you dont want to do it, have a heart-to-heart with your dad and find a middle ground.

in realty I sleep 7-9 hours a day when I can at all and the same time I got the PD diagnoses I was prescribed a sleeping aid because insomnia was starting to make me legitimately psychotic.
