I have asked elsewhere but want to ask u guys.
I haven't washed my pillow case or doonah cover for at least 2-3 years. The pillows inside the case I have had 5-10 without washing same with the doonah.
Is this bad for my health? I think its making my skin bad which is something I actually care about because I like the look of clean skin.

you're probably so used to the smell of your greasy bed head musky sheets that you don't notice it. it fucking stinks. you're supposed to wash them at least once a month. i do it every two weeks because i sweat a lot at night for some reason (not fat) and they just stink after about 2 weeks

I don't know what a "doonah" is, but you're supposed to wash that shit every week or two at most. After two or three years the smell would be vomit inducing.

It undoubtedly harms your skin because you cover your pillow with grease every night you lay your face and hair on it.
I'm a hypocrite though, I only wash my stuff every few months.
