Oh. In my experience, it's usually not much worse than a really sweaty bra they haven't changed for 3 days because they're playing vidya. The one I used to date had a room that was like a trash heap (clothes everywhere, bedframe collapsed in the middle of the room with stuffed animals all over it, piles of stuff, etc.), but she wasn't actually gross. Pretty good about keeping her cooch clean and tidy. Girls are still girls. Usually.

I've seen the gross version. It weighs 300 pounds and doesn't get off the couch and is a weeb and smells vaguely cheesy and fungal. Can't imagine what that's like combined with menstruation.
