I made a delicious lasagne from scratch (discluding the sheets of pasta) yesterday and still have enough for tomorrow as well. Delicious as fuck. The key twist was to include pancetta in the ragu, and also a layer of sausage.

I'm sorry OP, but you really must eat out every night. I know you said you only do it when you work, but if you're working 6 days a week then you're eating out everyday pretty much. I wouldn't want to drop $60 or however much you're spending each week on takeout.

Also you eat Mexican food just about everyday, like that's all I see you posting and eating is Mexican food. Not saying that's a bad thing, but variety is the spice of life, or so they say.

Boiled-in-a-bag chicken breast, white rice, two slices of plain white bread. It's a little spicy for my palate, but I like to indulge a little sometimes.

Beer for dinner like every night.

I'm snacking on salsa too, it's actually a nice low-cal snack. Basically spiced veggies.
